Le Minerale Surabaya Marathon 2026 will take place on 2 August 2026, starting at Parkir Timur Plaza Surabaya.

What are the race categories?

The event features four race distances: Full Marathon (42.195 km), Half Marathon (21.1 km), 10K, and 5K. Participants compete across three divisions: Open, National, and Master.

Do I have to be Indonesian to register?

No. The race is open to all participants, including international runners who meet the minimum age requirement.

How are participants categorised?

  1. Open Division: Open to both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals. No Master division applies.
  2. National Division: Open to Indonesian citizens aged up to 39 years on race day.
  3. Master Division: Open only to Indonesian citizens aged 40 years or over on race day.
What are the age requirements?
  • Full Marathon & Half Marathon: Minimum age of 17 on race day
  • 10K & 5K: Minimum age of 12 on race day

Participants under 17 must provide parental consent.

Yes, you may register on behalf of another participant. Please ensure all information provided is accurate.

When does registration open?

Early bird registration opens on 26 March 2026 12:00 Surabaya Time and is available in limited numbers.

Are there early bird prices?

Yes. Early bird rates are available for a limited period or until all slots are filled.

Can I register on the day?

No. Registration must be completed before the official closing date.

What payment methods are available?

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet, QRIS, and selected retail outlets like Alfa Group, Indomaret & Super Indo.

Is the registration fee inclusive of administration fees?

No, all listed fees are not inclusive.

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?

A confirmation message will be displayed upon successful registration, and a confirmation email will be sent.

What if I have not received a confirmation email?

Can I change my race category?

Changes may be permitted before registration closes, subject to availability.

Can I transfer or cancel my registration?

No. Registrations are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

When can I collect my race pack?

Can someone collect it on my behalf?

Yes, with a signed authorisation letter and required documents.

Can I collect my race pack on race day?

What time does the race start? Is there a cut-off time?

Participants are advised to arrive at least 45 minutes before their start time. Each race category has an official cut-off time for safety reasons.

What happens if I arrive late?

Participants are given a 15-minute grace period to cross the start line. Those arriving later may be disqualified.

Yes. An official timing chip will be provided with your race bib.

Are hydration stations available?

Yes. Water and isotonic drinks will be available at designated points along the route and at the finish area.

Is medical support available?

Yes. Medical teams will be stationed along the course and at the race village.

Is baggage storage available?

Yes. Baggage storage will be available at the race village. Participants are advised not to leave valuables.

Will there be photographers?

Yes. Official photographers will be present along the route and at the finish area.

Will pacers be available?

Pacers may be available for selected race categories. Further details will be announced closer to race day.

Is it mandatory to wear the bib number?

Yes. Participants must wear their bib number to be eligible for results and finisher entitlements.

Are pets allowed on the race course?

No. Pets are not permitted.

Are bicycles, skates or strollers allowed?

No. These are not permitted for safety reasons.

Are headphones allowed?

Participants are advised to remain aware of their surroundings. The use of headphones is discouraged.
